About

Voting software built for the people who run the meeting.

BallotBadger is a UK software product for running secure online ballots inside membership organisations. It is operated by Thornes Consulting Ltd, an independent software company registered in England and Wales.

Who it’s for

BallotBadger is built for clubs, professional bodies, residents’ associations, trade unions, charities, and other membership organisations that need to run a fair vote inside a defined group.

Typical ballots include board elections, constitutional amendments, AGM motions, officer elections, and member consultations. Voters get a sealed, single-use link by email and never need to create an account.

What it isn’t

Voters never pay anything to take part in a BallotBadger ballot. There are no entry fees, no stakes, no prizes, and no payouts.

BallotBadger is not a gambling, lottery, prize draw, or sweepstake service. Our Acceptable Use clause prohibits anything regulated under the Gambling Act 2005, and accounts found to be doing so will be terminated.
